Cancellation Policy

If you ordered one of our games and decide you don’t want the game anymore before it has been shipped, you can try to cancel the order, but in most cases you will have to return the game.

Because once we have shipped your order, we can't cancel it anymore. 

We do our best to help you as soon as we can, the same thing also applies to sending your order as quickly as possible!

Please realize, that we normally ship a game within 5 hours, so chances are very high we can't cancel your order anymore after it has come through.

Don’t worry if you were too late, we do offer the possibility to return.
